School groups and individuals :
Tales tours
Length : 2h ; Classes up to 30 students : 50 € ; Individuals : children : 6 € ; adults : 8,5 €
Those tours are meant for the youngest ones (kinder-garden and 7-12 years old), they enable them to follow the life of a character through a museum collections-based tale.
- Louis XIV and the Hôtel des Invalides
- Le chevalier de Montmorency (period of François Ier)

- Soldiers of the 1st world war
- A Free French during World War II : general Monclar or general Leclerc
 
Workshops
Length : 2h ; Classes : 50 € ; Individuals: children : 6 € ; adults: 8,5 €
After the discovery of the museum collections, children create an object in relation to the theme of the visit.
Kinder-garden and 7-12 years old :
- Coat of arms and emblems (decoration of a shield)
- The Invalides bestiary (creation of a magical beast)
9-16 years old :
 
Investigation games
Length : 2h ; Classes : 50 € ; Individuals : children : 6 € ; adults : 8,5 €
Lead by the masters of the game, children (7-12 years old) broach the collections and the monument in a playful way (riddles, ordeals, cards and dices games...)
- Treasure hunts. The Invalides every which way ! allows you to discover the history of the residents of the Hôtel National des Invalides under the Sun-King.
- Mission impossible. On the tracks of Napoléon: recounts the history of the Napoleonic conquests.

Offered to schools, highschools and universities, those tours enable a direct observation of the exhibits. Each theme can be adapted, according to the interest of the teacher, as discussed when calling for booking.

Training of teachers
Free training sessions are being organised for teacher to-be. They enable about 20 trainees to get used to the educational devices and the collections of the Museum.
